Why Riverstone

The details other washes skip.

A car wash is a small thing you do a hundred times. We think it’s worth getting right every one of those times.

Soft cloth, never brushes

We run closed-cell neoprene cloth and pH-neutral foam — safe on ceramic coatings, matte wraps, and clear bra. There isn’t a spinning bristle brush anywhere on the property, and there never has been.

Water you don’t waste

Our reclaim system filters and reuses about 80% of every gallon. Washing at home in the driveway runs roughly 100 gallons and sends the runoff straight to the storm drain. A wash here uses about 18.

In and out on a lunch break

The express lane averages eight minutes bumper to bumper, and you never get out of the car. Full service runs about twenty-five, with coffee and decent wifi in the lounge while you wait.

The same crew every time

Most of our team has been here five years or longer. They know which cars need the trim brush and which owners want the seat left exactly where it was. That consistency is most of the job.

How it works

Three steps. No appointment.

Detailing is the only thing you need to book ahead. Everything else is drive-up, seven days a week.

Pull in

Turn off Riverstone Way and take either lane. Express is on the left, full service on the right. Weekday mornings are quietest.

Pick your wash

Tell the attendant or tap through the kiosk. Add a ceramic sealant or pet hair removal here if you want one. Tap, card, and cash all work.

Drive out shining

We hand-finish the dry so you don’t leave with water spots. Vacuums and mat cleaners at the far end are free and yours as long as you need them.

What neighbors say

4.9 stars, 800-some reviews.

A few we’re particularly fond of.

★★★★★

I drive a black car, which means every swirl mark in the world shows up on it. Two years of washing here and the paint still looks like the day I picked it up.
Dana M. — Old Town

★★★★★

Took the truck in after a weekend at the dunes. I genuinely did not believe they’d get all that sand out of the carpet. They got all the sand out of the carpet.
Marcus T. — Timnath

★★★★★

The full service is my Friday treat. Twenty-five minutes and thirty-four dollars, and somehow the whole week feels less chaotic on the drive home.

Questions

Things people ask at the window.

Do I need an appointment?

Not for Express or Full Service — both are drive-up, and the longest you’ll usually wait on a Saturday afternoon is fifteen minutes. Detailing is the exception: those are booked ahead, and we’re typically about a week out.

Is it safe for ceramic coating or a new paint job?

Yes on ceramic — soft cloth and pH-neutral foam won’t degrade the coating, and we skip the harsh wheel acid entirely. On fresh paint, wait thirty days before any automatic wash so it can fully cure. Hand wash only until then.

Will my truck fit?

Anything up to 7’2″ of clearance goes through the express lane, which covers most half-tons with a modest lift. Dually rear wheels and roof racks with cargo boxes need the full-service bay instead — pull into the right lane and we’ll take it from there.

Are you open in the winter?

Every day except Christmas. The bay is heated, so nothing freezes to your door seals on the way out, and we add a free undercarriage salt rinse to every wash from November through March. Winter is honestly when your car needs us most.

Can I use the vacuums without buying a wash?

The vacuums, mat cleaners and compressed air are free and unlimited with any wash, same day. On their own they’re $5 for a twenty-minute session at the kiosk.

Do you sell gift cards?

We do, in any amount, at the kiosk or over the phone. They don’t expire and they work on detailing too, which makes them a reliable gift for the person who has opinions about their car.

Book or ask

Come by, or send a note first.
